• Responsible for the strategic and operational management of the IT infrastructure.• Drive further development of a user centered, qualitative standardized, orderly, and structured IT infrastructure.• Develop and create the documents related to testing, monitoring, and further development of standard IT infrastructure procedures and high security requirements, including ISO 27001/ISM.• Fulfill the role of IT security officer as part of the ISO 9001/27001 certification.• Serve as direct contact for service providers and their control in cooperation and monitoring.• Responsible for process and quality management with regard to our IT infrastructure, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.• Plan the budget/cost management/controlling of all technological IT infrastructure services (e.g. license management, term and maintenance contracts, one-off orders, etc.).• Responsible for reporting, documentation and records part of your daily work.• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in IT infrastructure technologies.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT infrastructure with other business functions.• Identify opportunities for improvement in IT infrastructure processes and implement effective solutions.
