Internally managing a customer base under a given dollar value while meeting monthly targets. Building a solid foundation and relationship with the given territory customers. Attempting to bring back dormant accounts.Forecasting re-orders and ensuring nothing slips through, especially with customers with lesser annual sales.Work on growing and building smaller accounts to a more significant amount by up-selling a variety of product offerings. Processing orders, responding to customer inquiries/concerns and providing quotes as necessary.Suggesting equipment, hand tools and products based on applications.

Work closely with the Outside Sales Representatives on building sales with existing customers based on the ordering history provided through forecast reports, while also upselling supplementary products that could potentially meet the customer's needs.

* Contact customers on a daily basis to secure and develop sales * Respond to customer inquiries, research and rectify customer concerns and issues. This refers to all banners as well as independent customers * Recommendations of additional products to meet customer’s needs * Issue credit that customers call in and have Sales Manager sign off on * Troubleshoot issues for Outside Sales Reps * Work closely with Outside Sales Team to increase customer sales * Maintain up to date calling lists and order guides. Calling sheets need to be updated and revised on a bi-weekly basis * Cover receptionist duties when needed, such as directing incoming phone calls accurately, receiving and sending out packages, signing in visitors and closing duties
