Manage social responsibility program to support the power generation business, operation and maintenance. The role including assessment of social-related sustainability aspects, particularly good corporate governance, stakeholders engagement, environmental compliance, as well as community involvement and development projects in issues of coastal management and development, social forestry, watershed management, renewable energy, water and sanitation. Ensure the compliance and alignment with international standards, such as Equator Principles, International Finance Corporation’s Performance Standards, ISO 26000:2010 SR, AA1000 SES, and other industry standards. Coordinate the preparation of corporate reports publication (Annual Report and Sustainability Report). Provide community insight for development project under the partnership with local government and donor agencies (WB, IFC and JICA). Conduct social assessment and social impact analysis, stakeholders mapping and other participatory assessment tools. Maintain the relationship with prominent government officials, NGO and local government. Awarded 19 national and international awards for CSR programs, including Winner of Annual Report Award in four consecutive years.Indonesia Power is a subsidiary company of PT PLN (Persero) that established on October 3, 1995, with the main focus on the power generating industry.
