On boarding processes, requirements specialist, system architecture

During my 14 years in Nets I've had the opportunity to try different roles. In big subjects it boils down to: 1) Developer focusing on Java/Web development, 2) Infrastructure and Security Architect and 3) Business Analyst focusing on interfaces and Card Acquiring.As a developer I've tried every aspect of development looking at core construction, testing on different levels, and deployment in various environments and servers. Moreover, using different development practices and methodologies and having used many frameworks and IDE's also adds to the experience (OpenSource and Enterprise).As infrastructure and security architect I've been involved in defining requirements to both physical and software security components (SSL-offloader, eTicket etc.). I've also been involved in analyzing what servers were to be used in a complex network and to be placed where. Moreover, configuring servers and hardening them was also part of the setup (AIX and Linux).As a business analyst and requirements specialist I've been involved in handling clients, understanding their needs and making sure knowledge captured was handed over in a good structure forming requirements, user stories, epics, backlogs, releases etc. using Scrum and Prince2 as delivery model and project model respectively.At the moment of writing I'm acting as requirements specialist and team lead for a minor team looking into executing a major organizational change making sure the team is guided in a direction that's common for the entire setup. Helping each other through great collaboration with other teams and departments, LEAN navigators, Tools specialists, managers across different areas etc. makes this a great and most exciting challenge indeed.

As a co-founder of EZApps Aps (official/legal creation 20th April 2012) I've been involved in many aspects of running a private company. Although my partners have managed the legal stuff more and I the technical, I've gained a lot of experience through EZApps.The intention of EZApps was to develop mainly websites for small and medium sized companies focusing on process optimization. Using our experience from real life doing business analysis, requirements specifications, developing and testing, and lastly also deploying and managing servers we wanted to bring business process optimization to small and medium size businesses.In our 2 years we've created solutions for Cricket Union Denmark, Tolkdanmark and Tryghedsplejen. At the moment we are creating a site for Spisekammeret who wants to deliver ecological food to the doorsteps of people at prices lower than the regular retail price and also a site for one catering company that wants to manage all their products, catalogues, items, prices etc. We've also created a product for ourselves called EZFoundation where we manage our customers, their settings and applications, and a product called EZProfile that is available for all our customers to manage their own users and company setups.EZApps believes in small specific solutions that solves particular challenges in a company, rather than big (often open source), unstructured and annoying/confusing solutions that may be cheap but in the long run not really beneficial for the company. Our customers have expressed their greatest joy and gratitude in using our solutions. We are proud to deliver such solutions and immensely happy to have such satisfied customers.We are soon looking into developing a new product that is going to help small and medium size businesses (in particular) to create their own “high level databases” where they can manage data in tables that will have different services or properties attached. More on that later.
