• Drove the implementation of SOX internal control including interview of all business processes for HK and China, identified risks & deficiencies, recommended remediation proposal and documentation for SOX compliance
• In charge of biological assets and share options valuation including determining parameters & assumptions, establishing valuation model, and liaising with appraisers & auditors for result interpretation
