Prepare service awards file for respective regions using Microsoft excel. Assists with handling and resolving employee benefits-related inquires● Manage Domestic Transfer process for Great Britain employees● Maintain dashboards using Microsoft excel. Created pivot tables and charts using worksheet data and external resources, modified pivot tables, sorted items and group data, and refreshed and formatted pivot tables● Ensure all process documents (namely SOPs) are up to date and published in Knowledgebase● Monitor ServiceNow cases for United Kingdom and Western Europe to ensure that cases are handled appropriately, and SLAs are met● Prepare and send daily reports to Global HR Administrators that capture both successful and unsuccessful transactions made on Oracle HCM records.● Send various Oracle reports to stakeholders to determine New Starters, Leavers and currently Active employees and their demographic details on monthly basis.● Coached and mentor new employees and built capacity within the area of work
