Supported NSS, BSS and LDI NOC by providing real time Network Performance Monitoring Systems which includes: a) 1440 Graph, which provides a minute based analysis on various routes defined in the WLL Network.b) Provide web based graphical analysis on 30 minutes interval showing call answer-to-Seizure, failure and completion ratio, drop rate, average call duration, maximum traffic carried, busy hour call attempts etc. against various LDI and PTCL Routes and Operators (Mobile, WLL and Landline)c) Real time graphical analysis on various call release codes to help identify actual cause of the problem.d) Live BTS monitoring using a comprehensive web based GUI (Google Maps API), showing graphical patterns for various performance parameters, BTS physical condition alerts and threshold value based alerts. Sending automatic SMS and emails to all concerns in case of alerts/alarm.Provided a comprehensive provisioning system and linked all major Network Elements (HLR, WIN SCP, AAA, SMSC etc.) with all major business support systems (Billing System, Prepaid Management System, CRM etc.).Provided Web Reporting Portal and scheduled reports (Key indicator, on demand, daily, weekly, monthly)
