Sal is an advisor at the Center for Wealth Preservation on Long Island. His diverse skill set allows him to provide a broad range of planning services to his clients. His focus is working directly with lawyers, specifically partners or aspiring partners, regarding their accumulation strategies, exit strategies, business agreements and estate plans.Growing up on Long Island, Sal attended Chaminade HS in Mineola. From there, he moved on to study marketing and finance at St. Joseph’s University, graduating in 2001. After college, he held several positions in the business development and finance space. Sal began his financial services career in 2011 as a Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual. In 2015, Sal moved his practice to CWP to focus on fee-based financial planning.Sal actively provides education to local law firms and bar associations. As a part of his practice, Sal specializes in working with current partners or those transitioning to partnership. Through a process, Sal and his team can help with understanding partnership agreements, working with pensions, and finding tax-efficient ways to maximize retirement strategies. Sal also advises on the best way for firms to position their 401k, profit sharing, and other forms of retirement plans and executive compensation. Sal is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and has earned qualifying membership in both the Million Dollar Round Table and Leaders Conference.
