As a Manager within the Learning and Development team, I have conducted Training Needs Analysis (TNA) at multiple organizational levels, creating comprehensive roadmaps for both the organization and specific business units.I specialize in facilitating impactful workshops, both in-class and virtual, focusing on behaviors and products that contribute to the organization’s winning framework.
