I began my career in banking where I learned about financial markets, lending, investments, and how to use relationship-building to succeed. I consistently strove the be the subject matter expert in everything I worked on so that both my team and clients could trust that I knew what I was talking about and was the best person for the job.I left banking to pursue a passion: Board Games. I was able to explore my creative side and not only work on the development of board game design but also manage a significant amount of business responsibilities. I personally ran all marketing efforts for the company and utilized marketing and social media to greatly increase overall company sales. Manufacturing, logistics, advertising, business development, customer support, organizing trade shows, and project management. Say hello to small business management!In 2022 I was fortunate to join a small tech startup called Wisetack. I had so many opportunities to learn new things during my time there. I began my time there solidifying the consumer disputes process. From that point I worked on setting up a plethora of new processes including: subpoena response, fraud investigation, credit reporting, credit disputes, and business collections practices. Working at Wisetack allowed me to be "the person" for so many different things which was incredibly gratifying. I loved being tasked with solving a business challenge nobody knew how to do and having to figure it out on my own.
