Facilitate scrum events - Sprint planning, Daily standup/sync, Sprint review and Sprint retrospectives.• Remove impediments to team progress to help the teams stay on track with sprint and PI commitments.• Coach teams to higher Agile maturity through regular assessments and implementation of action items and various agile practices as needed.• Encourage continuous Improvement mindset in the team by encouraging team members to reflect and identify things to improve upon and by providing a safe environment for experimentation.• Support the team in maintaining focus and shielding itself from distractions such as context switching or the introduction of non-critical stories into the sprint, through frequent assessment of team’s agile maturity and implementing action items.• Enhance visibility and transparency by encouraging team members to make all work visible, update cards status and by using burnup/burndown chart and other information radiators.• Help Kanban teams implement practices that improve flow of work, reduce variability, and increase visibility by establishing work in progress limits, tracking cycle time, and reducing batch sizes.• Support the product owners in product backlog grooming – Facilitate backlog refinement sessions; ensuring all issues have clear description, acceptance criteria and meet team’s Definition of Ready criteria.• Coach the product owner on backlog prioritization and organization techniques.
