The primary theme of research in my group is to understand and predict patterns of multimorbidity (two or more chronic conditions affecting an individual) that involve common cardiometabolic diseases. The second focus of the group is related to open science and FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable) data for polygenic scores. Leading the development of the Polygenic Score (PGS) Catalog (www.PGScatalog.org), an open database of published PGS and the information needed to apply and evaluate them correctly. I also work on other topics related to PGS as part of the Cambridge-Baker Systems Genomics Initiative in the Department of Public Health and Primary Care.

Collaborating with members of the NHGRI-EBI GWAS Catalog team to develop the Polygenic Score (PGS) Catalog. Previously a Visiting Postdoctoral Fellow (February 2019 - July 2022).
