• Front of house reception, handling all enquiries via telephone, email, Agency Pilot CRM, greeting guests, etc. sending emails, making phone calls, booking meetings, filing, day to day running of the office• Managing the company’s online presence through Rightmove & Zoopla whilst producing marketing materials for these websites, alongside our own website and social media channels.• Arranging and hosting viewings from offices to warehouses, leading to lettings for the company.• Assisting senior members of staff to finalise documents for clients including valuations, performance reports and property management documents. • Conducting AML checks on all potential clients.• Delivering a warm welcome and a client centred approach to all customers.
