Retail Communications Manager:- Prepare, review and publish internal communications for Retail colleagues (including Contact Centres, Bankwest Stores and operations teams). As well as external messaging for Brokers nationally. - Support the change and communications strategy across Bankwest Retail; prepare communications to colleagues on behalf of Senior and Executive Management.- Retail lead for incident and crisis communications including colleague scripting, leadership briefings, business continuity updates and develop customer messaging.- Manage and maintaining the internal subsites (SharePoint 2013) to ensure content is accurate and relevant at all times.
