NEXT mobilizes teams of students and experienced faculty mentors to partner with nonprofits working to increase sustainability and impact through strategic planning, improved processes, creative collaborations, shared services, and consolidation. •Nominated and selected for NEXT Fellowship in a highly-competitive application process•Collaborate with a team to provide business operations and program consultation to local nonprofits•Develop an understanding of client needs, goals and opportunities for enhanced organizational efficiencies • Partner with nonprofit clients to develop solutions including research and marketing, visioning facilitation, strategic planning, process improvement, and assessment, evidence-based program development, program and organizational impact, and nonprofit administration and management•Gain practical hands-on experience including managing all aspects of the consulting firm including recruitment, business development, external communications, and internal operations.
