Human Resources Associate Manager
Current- Sole HRBP support for 6 sites in Central Pennsylvania. Two manufacturing and warehouse, 2 sales teams, a transportation fleet and equipment services workgroup.
- Responsible for all labor relations opportunities with local teamsters’ union and non-union sites.
- Investigate complex employee and labor relations concerns by utilizing a deep understanding of laws, regulations, company policy and collective bargaining agreements.
- Lead, build, and maintain, effective collaborative working relationships with all levels of company management and hourly associates.
- Maintain ADA, FMLA, EEOC, and NLRB compliance and consult with legal counsel when necessary.
- Support and carry out organization optimizations including reroutes, restructuring, and initiatives.
