Sam Barone is a Consultant at NGS Global based in the firm’s San Francisco office. He is focused on conducting executive search work for both technology and consumer-technology oriented companies. Mr. Barone has successfully completed numerous senior level search assignments across the U.S. and continues to assist his clients with the critical strategic recruitment of key executives. Prior to joining NGS Global, Mr. Barone was employed by Barnett Management, a staffing agency based in Chicago. Mr. Barone began his employment as an intern in 2011, providing administrative support for recruiters.After one summer of administrative intern work, Mr. Barone was promoted to Recruiting Specialist, working part-time during his undergraduate, and full time over summers. As a full cycle recruiter, Mr. Barone handled research, interviews, and direct hiring for manufacturing, distribution and payroll industries. After completion of his degree, Mr. Barone gained more responsibility with Barnett Management; from number of searches, to the level of search. Much of Mr. Barone’s work involved extensive client relations, ensuring all elements of a search were taken into consideration.
