In the year I spent at Enterprise, I had a fast-tracked opportunity into both management and sales development.The day to day role ranges from customer relationship building and sales, to marketing with local body shops and dealerships, to learning how to cost control and day plan, whilst always developing further the inbuilt business model.I successfully passed the management trainee program in 6 months, with a score of 94% in the final management qualification test; this despite a non-stop demanding day to day work life.Overall, enterprise developed me vastly in a short period of time and gave me a lot of confidence in how I am able to use my abilities to better my work.
