- Directly oversaw a team in a startup environment responsible for successfully executing - social media marketing, branding, community management, PR, video & content production, competitions, product testing & development and product launch campaigns- Personally designed and executed subversive marketing campaigns for and assisted development for 10+ core products and accessories, with multiple products surpassing company record launch sales to see 1000% product launch day sales growth- Produced or directed 100+ videos including community & social content, digital advertising promo, flagship product launch media and major EDM artist collaborations, many of which achieved 1M+ views & "virality" within the first 48 hrs in the early YouTube era- Managed UI/UX Design and Engineering teams for the launch the company’s first app-based smart-tech product – the company’s most successful product of all time-Launched and managed nationwide "gloving league" with areas of competition and in person events in 13 states- Hands on product development & QA experience with a product engineering team on multiple core products-Started as an entry level Social Media Manager and became a Department Head for the Marketing team within a year, where I managed a team of 2 people that eventually grew into a 10+ person team across multiple different specializations-Launched a global "gloving community network" that achieved 25k+ members and 50+ chapters across the world-Ran dozens of events with thousands of attendees including concept to execution of our company's national flagship annual community event for 2 straight years which included vendor partnerships, sponsor on-boarding, talent booking and more-Onboarded and grew a team of dozens of brand ambassadors with key voices in our community to assist with product sales and community growth- Lead the team responsible for the largest Shark Tank investment in the show's history & appeared on the cover of the LA Times
