Working as part of the R&D Microbiology department in an ISO9001 and ISO13485 credited facility. Using technical knowledge and skills to work on the development of new diagnostic products, carry out investigations into the improvement of current products and resolving manufacturing issues. Maintaining development records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

My main duties include leading a team of around 5-10 bar staff who are tasked with serving customers drinks at the bar and waiting on clients, whilst maintaining excellent customer service. When working on the bar, I am usually tasked with duties such as cleaning the public area of the pub, the bar area and the private 'back of house' area; maintaining these areas to high level of cleanliness. However, situations can arise that require immediate attention and initiative. I am also personally responsible for taking in and rotating stock, which I do on a weekly basis, cleaning the cellar and preparing ales for sale. I am now also a fully trained kitchen associate with regular shifts between both positions. Working in the kitchen often involves meeting a set deadline (10 minutes) in which food has to be prepared and served to customers, whilst also being highly attentive and aware what each order entails and any specific dietary requirements that some customers have.

My main duties included working as part of a bar team serving and waiting on high profile cliental in suites at Liverpool Football Club, as well as other high profile events such as weddings and mass dinner events put on by different organisations. These events often took place in high profile establishments such as St Georges Hall and the Anglican Cathedral.

My main duties as part of the team at Primark included: restocking the shop floor, cleaning and general maintenance of the shop floor and working behind the tills. I was also tasked with communicating effectively with customers to find solutions to any needs that a customer may have, such as finding an item in a specific size or organising a refund. Finally, I was regularly responsible for the maintenance of the changing rooms.
