I'm a Senior at Washington State University, studying for a Business Management major and Construction Management minor. I am looking towards getting a job as a commercial Construction Manager, as I work well under stress. My first two years of college playing college baseball at Walla Walla Community College, I was voted one of the team captains because of my skill in coaching and inspiring others. No matter the circumstance, I always find a way to motivate and guide my self, and those around me, toward the objective at hand.I worked the last 6 years doing general construction labor where I became skillful in my experience with framing, building, finishing and more. Over this time period I worked at more than 10 different jobsites including, several large-scale remodels and builds. During my time as an employee, I learned how important it is to be a hard-worker with understanding of teamwork when it is needed most. Of all the skills and knowledge I have achieved, there is still much more I know I can learn. I strive to be the best version of my self every single day no matter the outcome. I'm always willing to put others first because of how much I care.
