I am currently experiencing all aspects of Hermes Parcelnet. The first three months involved field management, i recruited,trained and developed couriers. In doing this turned some struggling areas in Liverpool to perform much better and improved all KPI's. I am now doing central planning and creating a guide to prediction and forecasting volumes for the transport team. In one month i will be moving to learn the HR roles.

I moved over to the Netherlands to experience a new culture and how a business like Mercedes was ran. I did training with many different nationalities and integrated in new cultures. My role was mainly in customer service however i did learn about there HR and Marketing departments.

Whilst i have been working at Tesco i have been successfully signed on to "Options" which is Tescos managed scheme.Responsibilities:• Coaching others to meet store targets• Reaching out to customers on how Tesco as a business can develop the customer service skills• Co-Managing the Customer service desk/Cash Office and the Trolley departments• Ensuring all legal and store training is up to date• Co-ordinating with Tesco bank on new ideas• Supporting other departments and managers when needed• Leading and motivating others to increase their current standards• Interviewing new staff and ensuring they know the role and what is expected.
