Supporting the execution of transactions from early stage diligence through to close, with activities including:- Data gathering, analysis and modelling, working with the target, the transactions team and the business in order to support valuation of the target and its financial impact on EY- Business case development- Coordination of various due diligence activities, working closely with the deal project managerProject Managing key activities to support the execution of the Global Tax inorganic strategy: - Maintaining deal pipeline and producing reports, working with sponsors, knowledge and other members of the acquisitions network to ensure the pipeline is up to date and proactively managed- Supporting Tax Acquisitions lead with reporting, including for global investment committee and Tax leadership- Participating in activity to communicate and engage key stakeholders in the acquisitions strategy
