Member of the Board of Trustees which is the governing body for the Village of Matteson. Responsiblilities include setting policy for the provision of core services to village residents and businessess. Core services include police, fire and public works. The Board also establishes policies for economic development, annual budgets, parks and recreation, and other quality of life issues.

I provide assistance to homeowners who wish to appeal their property tax assessments. We conduct a number of outreach events throughout the Chicagoland area to help make it easier for people to file a property tax appeal. My geographic concentration is the southside and south suburbs, however our office covers the entire Chicagoland area. A typical property tax appeal would be processed by myself and two other analysts. At least two of the three analysts must agree on a recommendation to reduce the property tax assessment in order for it to take effect on the second installment tax payment.
