For the last 5 years I have been working at Morrisons across 2 different roles. I started out in December 2019 as a Customer Assistant and in February 2021, I was promoted to Service Team Leader.My responsibilities are to efficiently run the Checkouts with the tools provided, conduct till checks and cash up, fill in legal paper work/reports, I also write and manage the multi-department schedules and manage holiday requests.I left Chelmsford College in 2021 with a D*D*D in a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in IT. In this course we studied several topics within the IT umbrella, such as Project Management, Information Systems, Game Development, Animation and etc
