The Corporate Systems value stream partners with business stakeholders involved in executing the corporate functions within Barings, such as Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and Compliance. We produce value by providing a variety of technology solutions including but not limited to custom application development, SaaS application support, software implementations, report and dashboard development and Workday Integrations. We are also responsible for enhancing and modernizing the Barings implementations of ServiceNow and SharePoint, which are vital to our productivity, service management, and team collaboration needs at Barings. Our delivery objectives are designed with stakeholder enablement as our top priority, and we are committed to helping our business partners achieve their strategic goals through a variety of technology and process-enhancement solutions.As the leader of the Corporate Systems organization, I also serve as the Technical Product Manager for all of our stakeholder groups, designing and coordinating the execution of multi-year roadmaps across my teams, and also created and serve as the leader of the SharePoint Governance Committee.

The Reporting and Visualizations organization is responsible for providing internal and external data consumers with accurate and reliable reporting solutions across a variety of output formats and software, including Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Seismic, and CSV data feeds. Our solutions span the enterprise, enabling functions including but not limited to Client Reporting, Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, Portfolio Management, Marketing Factsheets, Portfolio Administration, Product Management, Performance Attribution and Risk.

Managed and maintained corporate trust services for 6 actively traded Collateralized Debt Obligation portfolios, working closely with collateral managers to ensure accuracy of reporting and accounting efficiency.

Designed comprehensive financial plans to assist clients in protecting, preserving, and accumulating assets in order to reach their long-term financial goals.
