Machine maintenance for Cheque/Note verification Scanners, ATM, Self Service tills, RetailMachine, PC/Network equipment and Security Units● Attend all sites in a professional manner looking and communicate to the highest standards,making sure on departure customers were happy with you and the work completed● Maintain stock levels on works vehicle and ensure all parts are returned using the correctprocedures● Attend sites with all parts/equipment ensuring to the best of my ability that jobs wouldn't beplaced on hold● Participate in out of hours and standby rosters when required● Communicate effectively with dispatch and 3rd party contractors to update progress and confirmall actions have been met and completed● Use work laptop for all expenses and to keep up to date with all new training updates and Healthand safety procedural changes

Responsibilities● Manage and organise job orders to prioritise and plan my jobs for the day● Machine maintenance● Ensure all machines are working effectively when I leave site● Order parts for machines and ensure all parts are returned correctly● Communicate effectively with clients on site and via PDA so client and management can viewhistory / gain updates● Effectively manage my personal vehicle and vehicle stock● Participate in out of hours and standby roster● Working on NCR, BCR, Wincor (ATM and CCDM), Tidel,● Fitting and Replacing cencon Safe locks and maintain gryphon doors● Service and maintain alarm systems● Phone support for Engineers when required
