Shareholder and Executive Vice President of Daum Commercial, Sam brings clients over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in the sale and lease of Industrial and Commercial properties. He provides AGILE Solutions for his client’s real estate needs. He enables individualized services to clients including Reducing Occupancy Cost, Relocation Anaylsis, Experience Negotiation, and Financial Anaylsis. During the span of his career, he has sold or leased over 26 million square feet, with a total transaction value near $1 billion.Sam is based in the Cerritos office, concentrating in the Mid-Counties and parts of the Orange County markets (Anaheim, Cerritos, Cypress, La Mirada, Santa Fe Springs, etc.). In addition, he has also represented clients and transacted deals across the United States. Prior to brokerage, Sam worked as a research analyst with CBRE in the South Bay Office. He compiled and analyzed data for both the South Bay and Mid-Counties Industrial Market. With Sam's strong research and market expertise, he was promoted to brokerage at CBRE and eventually joined Daum Commercial in June 2015.Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of California Riverside. Sam is an active board member for the Cerritos Chamber of Commerce.Sam is active in several civic and community services. Sam served as a Commissioner on the Property Preservation Committee for the City of Cerritos between 2011 thru 2015. He was appointed by the ABC School Board to serve on the Career Technical Education Advisory Committee. Sam also volunteers his time for the UCR Scholarship Committee and coaches youth sports. In addition, Sam was an advisor to the Whitney High School Foundation Scholarship Committee. Lastly, Sam served as both Scoutmaster for Boy Scouts of America for a local troop in his community.
