Ogunquit, Maine, United States

As lead intern, I helped to organize the Green Crab Removal Project. Using citizen science, we aimed to catch and remove an invasive species from the Ogunquit River watershed. As part of the project, I helped to document the size and location of each crab removed, and created a dataset to analyze the distribution of crabs throughout the watershed. I helped present the findings from the project at the Ogunquit select board meeting.
