In addition to preparing and prosecuting foreign and domestic patent applications, I counsel clients on intellectual property and business matters related to electronics, computer software and hardware, and communications, including electronic circuits, computer architecture, compilers, operating systems, networks, signal processing and web technology. I also assists clients with the evaluation, development and management of their patent portfolios. Additionally, I have experience drafting patent licensing agreements, technology development/transfer agreements, subscription agreements, reseller agreements, beta release agreements and similar documents.My technical skills and experience include the design and development of electronic and computer hardware/software systems, as well as the management of such projects. More specifically, I've worked in the areas of mixed-signal integrated circuit design, the design of EDA software, GUI programming, operating system and compiler design, design and development of networking and communications hardware and software, digital signal processing and computer graphics programming.
