Within my role, I'm lead our Inclusion Department. This involves me being the DSL, SENDCo and being responsible for the strategic development of our Pastoral team, our Pupil Premium strategy and our provision for children with EAL. During my time at Hethersett Woodside, I have had two periods of Acting Headship.
