Throughout my working career I have always strived to get the best results from myself and also from my peers. I have always had a passion for training whether this be in hospitality where I developed my career or through other sectors such as in Kitchen Design where I am currently. I have and still am developing my interpersonal skills as well as my management and leadership skills primarily by looking at different ways to lead and manage as well as looking at other peoples leadership styles. I believe that there are always opportunities to progress and develop yourself, and you should never become stagnant and out of touch. Throughout my many years experience, I have had to deal with various problems but overcoming these was always an achievement and made me proud to be able to help and develop others and the business itself. I have worked in venues throughout Essex, the North East and also Manchester and have had to vary the way that I work within each of these different venues. I am adaptable and welcoming and always strive to be the best that I can be. I strive to increase my knowledge but also to remain a part of the team in whatever role that I have to ensure that I keep down to earth and appreciate the small things as well as the big things.
