In 18 months, initially as part of a team of 2, I took a big data proof of concept and delivered a production level platform, consolidating all Clubcard data across the Tesco estate, as well as previously siloed wider Tesco data. I built the frameworks, defined the relevant support and infrastructure models, bringing in house the analytics capability that still exist today. This laid the foundation for my team and I to create accurate reporting for Clubcard performance across all touchpoints within Tesco. The platform we built scaled from a handful of analysts using it, including myself, to several hundred, with a vast number of data science models in production directly driving incremental value to the business. -
