Member of the founder team of a start-up business focused on providing third-party funded energy efficiency schemes, enabling customer to achieve net positive efficiency savings, primarily through UK manufactured LED lighting equipment.East Piccadilly Ltd. are a UK based, independent provider of energy saving solutions, through the introduction of LED lighting to commercial premises. We design and manufacture ultra-efficient LED lighting products for the UK Commercial and Manufacturing sectors under the Brightlife LED brand. Our products can significantly reduce energy consumption, typically by 60 - 83%, typically saving individual sites tens of thousands of pounds per annum. All of our Brightlife LED products are designed and manufactured in the UK, and are third party validated by the British Standards Institute. We work specifically with large companies and organisations and are able to offer company or group-wide financing in order to remove the front-end capital outlay normally associated with the transition to LED technology. This ensures that an LED lighting installation from East Piccadilly is cash-flow positive from the day of install, as the repayments are always significantly lower than the energy savings we generate.
