Successfully completed multiple projects pertaining to compression/injection mold and part design, data collection and analysis of log ring debarker, industrial bandsaw blade redesign, 3 point flex testing for structural load on fiberglass shed structures, manufacturing process improvements, automotive/rv trailer design.

Successfully worked 3 of the 5 years as a team lead for the indoor live goods. Aiding customers with questions and any other services as needed. Helped in the training and enforcement of safety practice in the workplace. Supervised over multiple employees overseeing daily tasks.

Worked in along side other lab technicians to complete product pre certification and certification testing, as well as for updated and new product design. Finalized product efficiency testing procedure and testing for multiple lines of products.
