Key responsibilitiesTransport- Managing key relationships with Domestic and International Freight providers- Managing and implementing inbound and outbound order processes- To gain effective cost productivity of freight costs monthly and yearly vs previous year. Well also measuring cost growth vs sales growth within the organisation on a monthly and yearly basis with the aim of an over proportionate growth of sales with a minimal growth of transport costs.- Monthly meetings with carriers to gauge performance and upkeep of KPI'sLogistics Services- Implementing new logistics services to increase customer satisfaction and delivery reliability - Managing and implementing global best practices and processes requirement- Researching and understanding logistics services other industries or competition are providing and understanding if the service is applicable and achievable for our customers.Key Achievements- Hilti Logistics Global Services - Best in Class 2020- Hilti Logistics Global Services - Best Innovation 2020- Double digit positive productivity in 2018 and 2019 through carrier negotiations and implementation of dispatching systems and processes.
