George Bell Hockey Association is the largest youth hockey organization in Toronto with over 1,100 hockey players registered each year. They offer a multitude of hockey programs ranging from house league up to the AA level. I led a team of over 80 Skills coaches to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the association. As the assistant manager of operations, my duties included.-Training beginner skills coaches how to effectively organize drills, practices, try-outs, manage cohorts of skaters, and prepare for adverse situations in accordance with the GBHA mission statement-Effectively communicate with the necessary parties to organize and schedule ice-use for youth hockey-Performing year-end account reconciliation using Microsoft Office applications-Promptly address questions and concerns from parents and guardians of youth players -Acquiring sponsorships and maintaining positive relations with sponsors to aid in funding-Collaborated with a team to develop social media platforms for marketing and exposure-Aided with annual AR and AP audits using Microsoft Office applications

CHA is a year-round hockey development camp that aims to provide the most innovative and effective hockey training methods. During the summer season, the volume of campers would typically vary from 45-70 on a weekly basis. During my time at CHA my responsibilities included:-Ensuring the fun and safety of each of the campers-Collaborating with fellow councillors to organize weekly activities-Provide curated training methods with players 1 on 1 to improve shooting mechanics

Rona is one of Canada’s leading home improvement companies with locations spanning all over the country. As a sales associate in the lawn and garden department, my responsibilities included:-Meticulously organizing the merchandise of the department-Helpcustomers identify what products they needed and where to find them -Auditing the shelves of my department to ensure all merchandise was ready for sale-Closing and locking up the outdoors section of the department and, ensuring all merchandise was safely secure before departure
