In my job role i work with local employers as well as companies such as Seetec and DWP to find suitable learners to take part in our 10-12 week boot-camps. My job is to track the students progress throughout the course, i set up the classes, liaise with tutors, raise purchase orders as well as doing monthly financial summaries to claim funding for our learners. Once the course finishes i work with local employers to offer job vacancies to the students looking for work, for the students who are self employed we create business plans in class.
