• Responsible for the administrative activities of the school including academic administration, curriculum planning, strategic planning, admissions and time table management. • Accounts, inventory and financial administration of the school. • Managing schedules and organizing events for all School functions and Society Meetings and preparing minutes of meetings. Managing internal and external correspondence.• Ensuring proper maintenance of stock and premises, filing & updating service records of all employees. Updating and maintaining manual & computerized record and management information. • Maintaining confidentiality of institution and keeping close liaison with local authorities and with stake holders/Government for the smooth functioning of the school.

• Responsible for staffing, scheduling, retention management, core deliverables and meeting service delivery metrices like Avg Handling Time, First Call Resolution, Abandonment and Quality. Evaluating and Coordinating Operational, Admin, IT and HR issues for the Team.• Dealt with On-shore Clients and Accounts teams in a Business to Business environment for daily deliverables and handling escalations and time management. • Data analysis and weekly/monthly reviews and proficiency & progress reports for the accounts using MS Office applications like Excel, Access and Power point.• Responsible for Project Transitioning and Project Management (Steady State).• Responsible for determining the annual performance/appraisal ratings of the employees and conflict resolution.• Involved in screening and recruitment of candidates from operations perspective.
