I have a strong connection with regional NSW and remote communities which drives my passions for helping people. I have used that drive to a line myself with NFP organisations which share my mission and vison. I have had extensive experience in growing and developing funded programs across regional NSW.I am currently managing a number of youth mental health services across a wide footprint of regional NSW. The role has been ever changing across the number of years post COVID creating a challenging but rewarding role. The Youth services sector has seen a significant growth during my management which has allowed me to reach more young people every year.My portfolio is made up of the most recognisable program headspace youth service with a number of smaller programs in vocational, psychosocial and complex need services.Recently the role has expanded to running youth specific medical services hiring GPs, nurses and other allied health professionals. I am always looking to expand and grow my management skills to meet the every changing landscape of social services.
