I have been named in the Who’s Who of Information Technology 2024, the Who’s Who of Data Privacy and Protection 2024 and the Who’s Who of Data Security 2024 as one of the world’s leading lawyers in those areas of law (one of very few UK lawyers to named in all 3 categories). I was also the only lawyer in the UK to win Lexology’s esteemed Client Choice Awards in 2021 and 2024 for Data Privacy & Protection. I specialise in advising both customers and suppliers in the best practice for the procurement and supply of complex technology projects including outsourcing (IT, BPO and off-shoring), system development and supply, system integration, software licensing (including SaaS, IaaS and PaaS), support and services agreements.
