Working for BMB is similar to my previous role because I'm the first face a customer sees when they walk onto my department. This role involves a more personal approach with the customer. Working as a sales advisor within Debenhams meant I was the first point of contact for the customer. Using the knowledge I gained in training I was based on the shop floor helping customer's face to face, promoting products and services that Debenhams offered. I always strived to give the best service possible for every individual, treating every customer appropriately to their needs. Building a relationship with customer to make there experience positive. Promoting the Debenhams credit card was a daily target which I succeeded on a weekly bases. Working on menswear, I was apart of a large team, every day involved working closely with members of the public.
