Linked InI recently received graduated from Kutztown University with a Bachelors in Fine Art in Communication Design this December, but this was not my first BFA rodeo. I received my first BFA from Kutztown University in 2017 with a concentration in painting and a minor in psychology. I believe that my time studying studio art and working within traditional mediums has given me an incredible advantage while working with digital media in a design capacity. I spent many years building a strong foundation in drawing from life, color theory, and experimentation with art-making techniques. This experience has given my design work a richness as well as a more expressive quality.I’m highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and lately I’ve been learning more and more about AfterEffects. I speak HTML and CSS and SASS and I enjoy the problem solving involved with coding and interactive design. I recently began using and enjoying Wordpress. Prior to receiving my first Bachelors degree I received an Associates Degree in Addiction Studies from Reading Area Community College in 2013. I’ve worked in food service for nineteen years and spent eight years working in human services. I guess you can say I’ve worn a lot of different hats, however, art is the only thing that’s ever really made sense.
