I am currently working part time for Northumberland Cricket Board coaching children of all ages and abilities. The key roles and responsibilities of the job include leading sessions throughout various primary and secondary schools across Northumberland and working closely alongside cricket clubs across the county as well as supporting the ECB National Programme of All Stars Cricket. I am a Player Pathway Coach for the Northumberland U11 squad, planning and organising sessions. The job also includes working in partnership with Hattrick Foundation hosting street cricket sessions across Newcastle encouraging participation and enjoyment to children from diverse backgrounds.I was appointed on a full-time basis from June to July 2019 as a cricket coach and assistant pathway coach for Northumberland U11 County Cricket Squad. I am currently working part time for South Northumberland Cricket Club coaching young children of all age groups. The key roles of the job include leading age group sessions, 1-2-1 private coaching, office supervision, handling cash and card transactions and locking up the facility.I coach private 1-2-1 clients throughout the season delivering specific skills and tailored session plans that suit the needs of the individual. Player progressive session plans are carefully designed to improve the skill and ability of the client overtime. External feedback is given to both the client and the parent post session.

While playing cricket in Australia I was offered the position within an automotive dealership. My role at Gippsland Motor Group was varied. Working as part of a franchise dealership team I was responsible for booking the valeting, washing and detailing. The role was diverse and I enjoyed the new challenges that working in a busy dealership presented. I was employed in a full-time capacity building excellent working relationships with people across every level of the business. I really enjoyed working as part of the team.
