As the Director of Investor Relations for our soon-to-be public company (targeted for end of 2023 or early 2024), I am currently tasked with establishing and leading our investor relations department from the ground up. With a deep technical background in our company's technology, I play a pivotal role in translating complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messages for our investor community. I am responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our investors, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our technology, products, and long-term vision. This includes developing a proactive communication strategy, including quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and conferences, to keep our stakeholders informed and engaged. Moreover, I lead efforts to analyze market trends, investor sentiment, and peer benchmarks to provide actionable insights to our leadership team. In this role, I serve as a bridge between our technology experts and the investment community, fostering trust and confidence among our investors.

As a the SPAC Project Manager, I led the end-to-end process of a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) transaction, guiding it after the signing of the letter of intent with AltC to its expected public listing by the end of 2023/early 2024. My core responsibilities included: Managing communications for C-Suite executives, external stakeholders, and various contracted groups to support audits. Collaborating with internal and external teams to prepare target company SEC filing documentation and information. Efficiently organizing, collecting, and tracking documentation for due diligence responses and meetings across eight different entities, covering multiple areas such as Finance, Engineering, Regulatory, Tax, Legal, IT, Cyber, HR, and Operations. Creating and maintaining secure virtual data rooms, ensuring proper content organization, protection, and permissions management for multiple entities. Safeguarding sensitive company information and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders through verbal and written means. Project managing the creation of company-specific SEC documentation, including sections like Business, Risk factors, MD&A, Pro Formas, Executive compensation, non-employee board compensation, Employee Incentive Plans, and Employee Stock Purchase Plans, all of which were critical to the SPAC transaction's success.

as the company's "Generalist," I provided multifaceted support to various departments, including Business Operations, Business Development, Hiring, Media and Communications, Engineering, and the C-Suite. Notable achievements in this capacity included: Leading the management of internal company policies and best practices, contributing to a cohesive and productive work environment. Developing and implementing a company-levelization framework, encompassing technical and non-technical paths for managers and individual contributors. This framework was successfully implemented across a team of over 50 individuals prior to the company's public listing. Creating and launching a comprehensive company handbook/wiki to enhance transparency and knowledge sharing across the organization. Assisting in the preparation of Request for Proposals (RFPs), which played a pivotal role in bolstering our business development efforts. Building and implementing a sales and deal tracker, in addition to a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system using Hubspot to streamline sales operations and customer interactions. Administering employee feedback surveys and establishing a structured feedback framework for managers to enhance overall organizational performance and employee engagement.Furthermore, I actively participated in and led a significant number of business development meetings before the onboarding of Oklo's Head of Business Development. I initiated and nurtured customer relationships, furthering business growth. I provided technical expertise to support business development efforts and address customer inquiries, both technical and non-technical. Finally, I facilitated a seamless transition and ensured effective leadership during the onboarding of the new Head of Business Development.

I utilized MCNP and Serpent codes to optimize reactor shielding materials configurations and thicknesses. I developed a robust shielding design methodology for the Oklo Aurora design, ensuring compliance with regulatory dose rate limits. Moreover, I took the lead in establishing a radiation protection program for the Aurora reactor facility, focusing on safety and operational efficiency. I also played a pivotal role in creating hazardous material handling procedures for the project. Notably, I contributed to the writing of the Aurora combined license application, a significant milestone as the first-ever fast reactor submittal in the U.S. Additionally, I produced high-level process and instrumentation diagrams for the Oklo system and facility, enhancing operational clarity. Lastly, I assisted in the leadership of strategic partnerships and product deployment initiatives.
