As a Project Manager in the Enterprise Patent Office, I coordinated invention and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas that might advance Wells Fargo’s global Internet banking operations, and improve their patent portfolio. I managed the subsequent invention triage meetings, worked with inventors and internal resources to further develop the ideas, worked with patent counsel to explore novelty and patentability, and finally shepherded eligible ideas into patent applications. I was responsible for project and content management in all phases of the patent process.
