• Creation of several processes used by colleagues such as how virtual desktops can be requested by joiners, movers or leavers.• Assist with the introduction of the new patching and inactivity processes regarding virtual desktops. • Assist with the linux server upgrades across the Morrisons production environment.

• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the architecture tool, Ardoq, which would be used for the ARB and TDA calls.• Supported the input of Business and Technology Capabilities to Ardoq, in addition to creating the Capability map diagrams. • Assisted with the roll out of Ardoq across Architecture and Technology, often providing training to new users.

• Responsible for the managing and organising of the Information Security Surgeries where colleagues would come to address their security concerns with the team. • Owned the Information Security Tech Hub site and ensured all the necessary content was present at launch.

• Supporting the Store WiFi Project ensuring that all stores within the Morrisons estate have a stable and fast internet connection.• Supporting the Thornbury project, where the Thornbury store would become a 'model' with all the latest technology along with an area for business teams to work.
