Working as a lettings manager for Connells. I delegating and overseeing day-to-day tasks within the office, ensuring company targets are being met, compiling and reporting weekly/monthly figures to head office and actively participating in all monthly managerial meetings. Dealing with clients and customers on a daily basis, including all queries and problems in regards to rented properties, travelling to landlords/investor properties to carry out market appraisals and evaluate a properties suitability for rental in order to find a suitable tenant. I was placed in under-performing branches to improve standards and ensure targets are met, devising various marketing strategies to advertise the company and the products and services that we offer, attended several managerial conferences and training days which have aided my professional development.
