I led a team of over 70 staff members to meet commercial performance; company standards and embed a culture of customer service excellence. Over my time at Bettys Ilkley I worked through various projects for continuous improvements of process and efficiency including a full refurbishment of the retail space and leading the replacement of all till hardware across the group. This required me to work with a cross functional team of SME’s to ensure the completion timeline was achieved, the ROI delivered, and the customer experience was not affected by the disruption.
