Although it is important for athletes to practice physical skills to become successful in sport, it is equally as important to foster the development of critical mental skills that enhance performance and well-being. My goal as a mental performance consultant is to help athletes become the best version of themselves by improving consistency and satisfaction in their performances. I strive to educate and develop necessary mental skills, habits, and techniques that athletes need to elevate their game and gain an advantage over their competitors. I implement mental training for a variety of skills including, but not limited to, goal setting, focusing, relaxation strategies, stress management, and confidence boosting.I have always had a passion for sport and psychology. I have a Master degree in Human Kinetics as well as a Bachelor degree in Psychology. I have experience working with athletes from various sports contexts and am always looking for new opportunities to expand my knowledge within the world of sport and performance.
